Hi Lisa, this is a really good article. I am anxious to share it with my Chiropractor. Steve's response was really good too. I want to check into the Oprius contact management system, it sounds like something I could use. Hey ,my Chiropractor uses laser light therapy . Have you ever tired using it?

I am getting some really amazing help with it, even on an old hand injury I had "given" up on. I am currently going 3 x's a week for an injury to my neck and so I asked if the laser light might help with my hand..WOW.

Very well said, I couldn't agree more. Having an efficient database management software is a great tool for a physician's office to have. Not only will this help generate new clients, but it will help organize and maintain current and former clients for future appointments.

Great article Lisa,

I've been in practice for 8 years now and only recently have I realized the value of building a list.

I'm now in the process of using Oprius Contact Management system so that I can follow up with existing customers with a newsletter, offering them helpful health tips. It's amazing how many patients have a complaint but don't realize that acupuncture could be helpful in that situation. This alone I'm sure will lead to patients returning for treatment and referring friends.

I'm sure that you've noticed that there are some patients that are regular referrers and so I'm also compiling a list of these people so that I can appreciate and reward them.

It really is interesting to think about the different ways a customer list can be well used in a natural therapies clinic.
