Hi Lisa,
it was a great reading even if, in my school, we had a pretty good management class. The information with the web site was especially important and if i need some more help in the future, i will check your leads.
Currently i am in Europe for a few months, taking care of some private business. I am not planning to open my own practice just yet. When i return to NY, i will continue getting some acupuncture jobs as i did previously. It’s also an interesting experience.
Anyway, it’s always good to hear about any kind of success in our field.

I just bought your e-book, and then looked at this video – how awesome! Such great info! I’ve been in a v. small practice for a while (I have a second job), and was happy to see that I didn’t make all 10 mistakes. That being said, I’m going to get on my written policy re: bounced checks, etc in the morning. That’s one I missed! And I’m going to take credit cards starting next week – the tip about asking for debit cards will be very useful.

Thank you for your “10 Big Mistakes” video presentation. It was concise, informative and definitely accurate. I’ve been in practice for 18 years. I sure wish I had seen a presentation like yours back when I started. I made several of the same mistakes, but like you I learned from them. This information should definitely be part of the school curriculum. I would recommend that anyone setting up a practice pay close attention to your advice. I think, thanks to you, that I need to revisit the website part.
